Bad news for "Teenage Robot"

According to: http://teenageroblog.blogspot.com/ , there will be no 4th season. To me, that just smells. Nickelodeon said there will be no 4th season of My Life as a Teenage Robot because the ratings are just not enough for that many episodes. Like I said, I've been a fan of the show since the start I thought my like for it wouldn't go this far. But I was wrong. The bad news was communicated to the readers of the Teenage Roblog on October 17. Two years and 16 days after the show debuted. And at first I thought it had such low ratings in the first place. There's just one thing to do: tell people to watch it, whether they like it or not. Why heck, they might even like it at first watch. If that doesn't work, e-mail Nick at Nick.com or write them:

Nickelodeon
1515 Broadway
New York, New York, 10036

Yeah, and I wouldn't suggest calling because you get all those busy signals and voice messages and disconnections. So, if you wanna talk to the programers and/or the president-not on your life!

I'd give a fax number but It's just I don't believe in faxing people.

I don't want this entry to go on any longer. As I leave for now, I have to say good luck encouraging people and writing Nick. If you do all I say and they don't take your command(s), you did the best you could do. If they do answer "yes" then WHOO-HOO! No WHOO-HOO for now. We have work to do. There's a show to be saved. And remember, if you write or e-mail Nick, no swearing, cussing, threatning, and nothing tastless. And keep it clean. Nickelodeon is a kids' network. If you don't do what I said don't do, things are not gonna be pretty.

My Thoughts on "Catscratch"

Lala Lala La-La-La, Catscratch! Now that someday is today, let's discuss Nickelodeon's mid-'00s animated show, "Catscratch." Even though it's from what Nick might call their "Dark Ages" (times they wish to forget, one of the few shows that have not had a full DVD release or official release on streaming platforms), this show is quite excellent. Here are some reasons. If you were to have a single glance at the 3 main characters, would you believe they were cats? They may not look like cats but who cares? Sure the show had anthropomorphic cats but you have to see what they do. They take care of their deceased "kitty mommy"'s property and the adventures are quite interesting. Some of th...

Ellerbee on TV

Guess what. During "U-pick Live," my Aunt Gertrude called my Uncle Joe because Candise was on (she's one of the hosts' of the show). Then, when he made it to the TV, none other than LINDA ELLERBEE, I mean THE LINDA ELLERBEE on TV. She was talking about that "kids pick the president" thing I keep hearing about. Then he's all like "Ahhhhhhhh! Run away!" I felt like I had to say something about that because it was all funny and stuff. Kind of sounds like A.G. was joking him with some woman he dosen't like. I forget why he hates her, but he just does. He likes Candise better than that... Like I said, kind of sounds like a joke, eh? Well that's pretty much all I have to say about that funny little thing. And thats the end of that! Or is it? Butch: Vicky! Myself: Okay! I'll say it. VMM signing off!

My Fair Smiling Mandy

Originally written 13 October 2016 My Fair Mandy Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy Cartoon Network 29 July 2005 Mandy is encouraged to enter a beauty pageant. In order to show her full beauty, she must do one thing one thing she doesn't usually do---smile. ---Vic's Review 13 October 2016 On this post , I said I might review this episode, so finally, here I go. This episode was full of that "you-know-what" Mindy and pageant moms using their daughters to live the dreams they wanted to have. I like how General Skarr was one of the judges. Toward the end, Mandy has her act singing her rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow." She's no Judy Garland but the performance was really touching. Fans of "2001: A Space Odyssey" would understand the reference shortly after Mandy curved up her lips. The fact that Cartoon Network Fridays was hyping this at the time of the premiere and even making her smile again at all makes me want to bellow...
