The Life and Times of Juniper Lee

Has anybody seen this show. To me, I think it's just another piece of brillance from Cartoon Network. My uncle likes it, too. Now, I'm gonna review the first ep. It's called something "It's Your Party and I can Wine If I Want To." It's pretty good. It was pretty funny, too. In the begining of this ep., there was this overhead sign that had the name of the city the cartoon takes place in. Orchid Bay City to be exact. That was a great was to start off a series. The peoson whoes responsible for this genous series is named Judd Winick. Whoever has info about about this dude, you know the drill (for thoes who are new to this blog, e-mail me!). We were introduced to the characters who are Jodi (friend), Juniper, Ray Ray (brother), Monroe (her dog who talks), Ophelia (who-looks-like-goth friend), Roger (friend?), and her Ah-Mah (granddmother; forbids June from telling people she fights monsters). The monsters that were there were the Leprechaun and the Racatan. One of my favorite parts was when Ray Ray was in, what I call, "crazy mode," he suggested they "buy" a cave. It's impossible to "buy" one but you can possibly dig one up or something like that. I'll say more later. Now I gotta rate it. This ep. gets 5 stars. Sorry, I can't help it! It's sooo good :-)!

Ellerbee on TV

Guess what. During "U-pick Live," my Aunt Gertrude called my Uncle Joe because Candise was on (she's one of the hosts' of the show). Then, when he made it to the TV, none other than LINDA ELLERBEE, I mean THE LINDA ELLERBEE on TV. She was talking about that "kids pick the president" thing I keep hearing about. Then he's all like "Ahhhhhhhh! Run away!" I felt like I had to say something about that because it was all funny and stuff. Kind of sounds like A.G. was joking him with some woman he dosen't like. I forget why he hates her, but he just does. He likes Candise better than that... Like I said, kind of sounds like a joke, eh? Well that's pretty much all I have to say about that funny little thing. And thats the end of that! Or is it? Butch: Vicky! Myself: Okay! I'll say it. VMM signing off!

Top 10 Things I Learned from Making Vic's Review

Hello again! I hope all is well. I have been coming up with some great ideas for reviews in the past years and I feel I have the energy and talent to write them. However, they will NOT be on this blog. As I may have mentioned in an earlier post, I will be continuing this blog on a different platform. I feel the content on this old blog will be no fit for the topics and writing style of my current days. It's time to move on. More information will be coming shortly. Before my farewells, here are 10 things I have learned from writing this blog on and off for the past nearly 14 years. NOTE: click the linked content at your own risk. 10. Proofread and learn to spell! I've been reading many of my earlier post and have been thinking "Aw, man, what was I thinking? That 'your' is supposed to be 'you're'" and other errors such as misspelling character names. This may have been a time before spell check was standard in browsers. Now granted, when doin...

Goodbye to Bloo - Reviewed

Originally Written 25 December 2016 Goodbye to Bloo Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends Cartoon Network 3 May 2009 As I said in an earlier post , I didn't get to see this ep when it premiered. I found out about it the next day. Not even 2 years later I finally got to see the episode. Yeah, the week of 3 May 2009 wasn't the best week for me (for personal reasons). To this day I have seen "Goodbye to Bloo" several times and here's what I think of it. They tried to make it where Mac would no longer be coming to Foster's when it was something else entirely. This was how they ended the series. Even if I had absolutely no idea this was the actual last episode, I can tell it's the final episode just by seeing how the story proceeds and ends. Toward the very end, upon closing the episode, the ending made my mind flash backwards through the entire series, remembering the great and not-so-great moments that made "Foster's" "Foster...
