It's going, going...GONE!

"It's going, it's going, and it's going, and yes, folks, it's finally gone! And it's gone forever!" Yes, that's what a sports reporter would say at a ball game. But instead of talking about ball games, there's one thing on my mind: "iMucha Lucha!." On February 26, 2005, the last (and when I say "last," I mean "LAST" eppie of Kids' WB's "iMucha Lucha!" will air. The last, memorable episode that will air is called "Blue Demon (a.k.a. The Magnificent Three"). You know, for the past few weeks, I've been skipping all my "i Mucha Lucha!'s" for mostly band, homework, and school (on certain days I have to get to school early because my mom drops me off and she has to get to work early). If you want to know what will replace "iMucha Lucha!" in the line-up, here it is (courtesy of Tv Tome.com)... (Check Local Listings)...

Saturdays:
7:00 a.m. Yu-Gi-Oh!
7:30 a.m. Coconut Fred's Fruit Salad Island (Sounds good)
8:00 a.m. Loonatics (What's that?)
8:30 a.m. Xiaolin Showdown
9:00 a.m. Pokemon
9:30 a.m. Johnny Test (Uh, I don't know)
10:00 a.m. Yu-Gi-Oh!
10:30 a.m. The Batman

I will talk about the weekday line-up later. As you can see, it seems that "iMucha Lucha!" will be replaced with three new shows (to see which shows are new, see the ones with the comments). But seriously, like I said in the past, we can find new shows that can replace departing show. And also, there's hope. Thanks to "Cartoon Network" they will air the movie called "The Return of El Malefico" (there's an accent above the "E" in "Malefico," but I don't know how it's pronounced. And also, I don't know how to put accents over letters on a computer.) It primeres March 8. They are also gonna play this other movie called "iMucha Lucha!: The Code of Evil" on March 4. Chin up! We had this show grace the airwaves for 2 years and 6 months and you and the show had many great times together. I'm gonna miss this show as much as you do. That's what this blog is for; to tell what shows you should or shouldn't watch. I'll reccomend a nice show that is just as good as that. Even though I'll tell you about cool shows, It will never replace "iMucha Lucha!" in your heart. Please, buy DVDs, and other products so you won't miss the show too much. Farewell and goodnight, "iMucha Lucha!," you've graced us with your natural goodness from 2002-2005! R.I.P. VMM signing off!

Top 10 Things I Learned from Making Vic's Review

Hello again! I hope all is well. I have been coming up with some great ideas for reviews in the past years and I feel I have the energy and talent to write them. However, they will NOT be on this blog. As I may have mentioned in an earlier post, I will be continuing this blog on a different platform. I feel the content on this old blog will be no fit for the topics and writing style of my current days. It's time to move on. More information will be coming shortly. Before my farewells, here are 10 things I have learned from writing this blog on and off for the past nearly 14 years. NOTE: click the linked content at your own risk. 10. Proofread and learn to spell! I've been reading many of my earlier post and have been thinking "Aw, man, what was I thinking? That 'your' is supposed to be 'you're'" and other errors such as misspelling character names. This may have been a time before spell check was standard in browsers. Now granted, when doin...

Goodbye to Bloo - Reviewed

Originally Written 25 December 2016 Goodbye to Bloo Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends Cartoon Network 3 May 2009 As I said in an earlier post , I didn't get to see this ep when it premiered. I found out about it the next day. Not even 2 years later I finally got to see the episode. Yeah, the week of 3 May 2009 wasn't the best week for me (for personal reasons). To this day I have seen "Goodbye to Bloo" several times and here's what I think of it. They tried to make it where Mac would no longer be coming to Foster's when it was something else entirely. This was how they ended the series. Even if I had absolutely no idea this was the actual last episode, I can tell it's the final episode just by seeing how the story proceeds and ends. Toward the very end, upon closing the episode, the ending made my mind flash backwards through the entire series, remembering the great and not-so-great moments that made "Foster's" "Foster...

Ellerbee on TV

Guess what. During "U-pick Live," my Aunt Gertrude called my Uncle Joe because Candise was on (she's one of the hosts' of the show). Then, when he made it to the TV, none other than LINDA ELLERBEE, I mean THE LINDA ELLERBEE on TV. She was talking about that "kids pick the president" thing I keep hearing about. Then he's all like "Ahhhhhhhh! Run away!" I felt like I had to say something about that because it was all funny and stuff. Kind of sounds like A.G. was joking him with some woman he dosen't like. I forget why he hates her, but he just does. He likes Candise better than that... Like I said, kind of sounds like a joke, eh? Well that's pretty much all I have to say about that funny little thing. And thats the end of that! Or is it? Butch: Vicky! Myself: Okay! I'll say it. VMM signing off!
